Transit times may take longer than usual due to issues related to the ongoing pandemic. Understand that these issues/delays are beyond our control.

                     PAYMENT

   What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

 My card isn’t working/why was my card declined?

Ensure that both your billing address and zip code listed are the correct ones associated with your credit card. Also be sure that the complete card number is entered correctly as well as the CVV code.

REFUND POLICY/ EXCHANGES &  RETURNS

   Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Orders are sent into production immediately after the purchase. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or refunds.

Once orders are submitted, they are final sale. The order cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure the size and sign fits your liking so that you do not run into any issues further down the line.

  My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

It is not uncommon for items to pick up imperfections such as small marks, dust, lines from embroidery hoops and other things along the way to you. Many of these blemishes can be solved with just a single wash with common detergent and stain removers.

If any lasting or major imperfections are present, please contact shop@horoscopehubshop.com Please include: Order Name, Name on Order, and a photograph that clearly details the condition of the damaged item. If applicable, we will replace a damaged or defective item. Be advised that there is a 30 day window from when your package is delivered that you can file a damaged item claim. If 30 days has passed and no claim has been made, unfortunately there cannot be a return/exchange.

                         SHIPPING

 How long will it take for my item to ship?

The shipping process takes 2-3 weeks.  Issues outside of our control can occur sometimes and as a result, guarantees cannot be made on shipment dates. Tracking information, once available, will be sent via SMS text and/or email. Rest assured that your item is being crafted with care and you’ll be notified at the first sign of any delay.

  What happens if my order is sent out in multiple shipments?

Orders containing multiple items will have each item individually delivered as they make their way through production. Each item will also have their own individual tracking number once it ships.

Shipping and handling charges also only apply to the first package that’s shipped within your order. There are no additional shipping and handling costs for other items listed within the same order.

*International orders may require additional fees for multiple shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.*

I entered the wrong address at the time of shipping, what do I do?

We will do our very best to help with this issue; however, production and processing begins immediately after purchasing. There could be times where your shipping label has already been created and cannot go through any changes. If this occurs, contact your nearest USPS with the tracking number in order to resolve this. Please ensure the address is correctly listed prior to purchasing to avoid this issue.

The tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my package.

Please speak with your local mailman, neighbors, or mailroom to ensure your package was not misplaced. There may also be instances where the tracking number updates before the actual delivery. Contact USPS to help resolve the issue. Horoscope Hub is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking is listed as delivered.

 My package is lost, what should I do?

Please contact USPS directly and file a lost claim. Contact shop@horoscopehubshop.com with your order number so that we may assist you as well. We will try our very best to help the carrier locate your package. Horoscope Hub is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

My package was listed as undeliverable, what should I do?

First monitor your tracking number to ensure it reaches back to us successfully. From there, contact us at shop@horoscopehubshop.com with your order number. We will then begin the process of having your order reshipped to you.

  What carrier will ship my order to me? 

All shipments are sent via USPS. You will receive a tracking number with all the latest updates once we give your order to the shipping carrier. International orders may be shipped via DHL.

                           TAXES

The price displayed does not include taxes. Shipping and other taxes will be calculated into the total value of your order at the time of checkout. Orders placed outside of the United States and Canada may be subject to additional taxes.

     Do I pay for shipping fees?

Yes, customers are responsible for shipping fees and they are non-refundable.

                  INTERNATIONAL

  Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Packages leaving the U.S will reach the destination country after is it shipped to a regional hub. Be advised that International orders may take 3-5 weeks for delivery instead of 2-3 weeks.

Orders outside of the U.S and Canada may be subject to additional fees such as local taxes and customs fees. Horoscope Hub is not responsible for payments of these fees and duties. The responsibility falls upon the customer to ensure these fees are paid. Be advised that orders containing multiple items may possibly be split into multiple packages as well.

                          SIZING

All of the sizes are unisex and fit true to size. If you are looking for more of a baggy fit, buy one size up.
